Since 2002, Ray has helped many aspiring franchise business owners who were looking for either an owner-operator or ‘manage the manger’ type franchise business. This also includes helping existing business owners looking to diversify their investment portfolio, military veterans looking to transition into something other than a job and, E2 nonimmigrant visa investors looking to enter into the United States from a treaty country.
Ray started his career working as a certified purchasing professional in management roles for both the public and private sectors. Navigating the corporate world brought Ray further insights into the challenges of wanting to do more with his entrepreneurial instincts but felt held back by organizational sacred cows and poor leadership. This led to the start and growth of his first business in the general construction industry. As co-founder and President, he grew the company quickly to 7-figures and as a result received many accolades including guest speaker for bank real estate investment clients and guest expert writer for Home and Garden magazine.

Ray is married to Kathy and together they enjoy as much time as they can get with their 5 young grandchildren. Ray and Kathy also work together fundraising for the MS Society and Sick Kids Hospital, which are their two pet charities. Combining their love of hiking and bicycling, they continue to organize annual walks and bike rides as fundraising events.
